The devil’s in the details, which are all but absent from HP’s Consumer Notebook Slate showcase presented by Steve Ballmer during the 2010 CES Keynote. Let’s hope this one pushes the boundaries of combining a fast, light and long lasting tablet with Windows 7.
Want the slate? It will be available later this year. I had the opportunity to hold one for a few fleeting seconds, and I promise it’s worth the wait.
Time will tell if HP can pull this one off.
