Love this building design, especially the lattice grid that allows for climbing plans all over the front…

The first, second and third floors are dedicated to office space, accessible by means of galleries on the front of the building overlooking the road and enclosed by a steel grid facing that creates an unbroken and compact façade. This level of flexibility is assured by the presence of service cores that penetrate the building from the ground to the roof, providing a fully serviced site in each unit for the installation of bathroom/toilet facilities if required. 1.5 m balconies have been created for the offices on the two façades overlooking the internal garden.

How do you structure the unstructured space? Good question. That’s why the izzy+ team asked designer Joey Ruiter to conceptualize how people connect at anchor destinations within a lobby, commons or student union.

This is great little office conversion with a fantastic wall print.

Looking for a space in their apartment to house work and office equipment, this talented team converted their storage/pantry closet into a new office space! they built in a desk and shelf and added a tree pattern in the back to create the illusion of nature, since the space won’t have the luxury of windows and natural light.

Love this guys office space, the mix of large screen mac front and center, surrounded by the brick and boxed wall really works (not to mention the grand piano in the living room and beautiful deck built outside)

Love this curling office space, the roof space is also pretty inspired.

Cocoon is located in Zurich’s Seefeld district on a beautiful hillside, which enjoys excellent lake and mountain views. The location’s distinctive flair stems from the exceptional park-like setting – a green oasis into which Cocoon snugly nestles.

The stainless steel mesh enveloping the building combines visual privacy with restrained elegance, while establishing a strong and unmistakable presence.
