I don’t care how much is it, I want one!

Testers are strapped into a cabin two metres above ground, and use a steering wheel, accelerator and brake to control CyberMotion. The simulator can provide accelerations of 2G and its display shows a 3D view of the circuit at Monza. The arm’s six axes allow for the replication of twists and turns on the track and can even turn the subjects upside down.

Alonso, Korea.

Key to my pictures success was to ‘steal the flashes’ fired by the photographers close to Alonso. It’s a risk – hoping to get one or two, I might have got none. Luckily I got a perfectly positioned five surrounding Ferrari’s main man.

Alonso, Singapore.

The lights aren’t that bright – photographically speaking – and colour casts can mean more post-shoot processing work, to dial out the varying hues of magenta, yellow and green generated by the bulbs above.

Vettel, Abu Dhabi

Way up high above pit lane, the VIP grandstand looks down on the asphalt below so, gaining special access I climbed the stairs and waited for the shot to present itself.Of course there is always a a risk one might not get a shot at all. Had the team celebrated in the garage, I would have seen and photographed nothing but I needn’t have worried.

Sebastian Vettel drove a masterful race to win the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and lift his first Formula 1 world title. The 23-year-old Red Bull driver was third in the standings but led from pole and saw other results go his way to become the youngest ever champion.

Yet another stunning season by @jakehumphreyf1, Eddie Jordan, David Coulthard and all the team. Roll on next season!

In every measurable way, this car is insane! Already in the GT5 Playstation game, this car has apparently already gone around  Suzuka circuit a full 20 seconds faster than Vettel’s best F-1 lap time…

According to Evo, first reports of the car’s gas turbine engine and continuously variable transmission were actually incorrect. Instead, it’s driven by an “F1-derived direct-injection 3-litre twin-turbo V6″, producing 1,483bhp at 15,000rpm and 526lb-ft. at 12,000rpm (that explains the sound heard in the first X1 gameplay video). This elaborate model will be unveiled to the world at the official GT5 Launch Party in Madrid, set to go down in just a few weeks.
