I always thought the Macbook Air weighed too little and this sexy little wooden case should take care of that nicely, whilst adding a touch of debonair class…

The best thing about this case is the way it looks. It’s unique and good-looking, which is pretty nice when you think about it. Cases come in all shapes, sizes, and colors, but this one is definitely at the top of our list. We think that it will work well with a number of different laptops out there, not just Apples.

I used to have one of the Apple Newton MessagePad’s, awesome machine, lovely interactions (I used to love the way you could literally throw notes in the trash). It still makes me wince how much it cost (and why I bought it whist being a student!)…

This is a prerelease model of Apple’s OMP (Original MessagePad) including the extremely rare ‘Batmobile’ screen cover. The front of the case is marked ‘Newton’ in the location where the shipping models of the OMP and the MP100 (MessagePad 100) were marked ‘MessagePad’. This particular unit is currently nonfunctional. In fact, I’m not convinced that it ever worked, as it is labeled “Technical Sample Only” on the back.

Great photo too.

Dutch artist Paula Arntzen is an incredibly skilled paper artist. Only after countless hours of studying and observing the special characteristics of paper was she able to create these contemporary light sculptures. All of these were entirely handcrafted before being screen-printed with fluorescent ink. The results are stunning!
